Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Chyromya flava/femorellum?

Hi,
This tiny yellow one sat on a house wall in southern Brandenburg on 6th June, 2015. The shining green eyes point to Chyromyidae, and as there are discal setulae on the scutellum, it should be genus Chyromya. The third antennal segment is yellow, thus C. flava or the possibly conspecific C. femorellum would be an option. So I would like to ask:
1. How certain is my ID?
2. Is it a male?
3. Where can I get a key that covers all European species (Bei-Bienko 1989 seems to be insufficient)?
Many thanks in advance, Sundew
