Hi friends,

This one has left me completely clueless. I was reasonably sure it was a Paraphytomyza but nothing in Spencer comes even close. The pictures aren't exactly great as the aedeagus consists mainly of membranes and weakly sclerotized stuff, but the ventral aspect (top) is pretty characteristic I guess.
As always the specimen is from my malaise trap near Copenhagen. Second half of May 2018.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

All the best

An Aulagromyza Enderlein, 1936 species, formerly known until 1991 as Paraphytomyza Enderlein, 1936. Identification is only possible after thorough study of the genitalia and with different special papers, e.g. three articles by Zlobin, published 2007 and 2008

Thanks! Yes, I realized after a while that the current name is Aulagromyza and that I have the most recent key I guess in Agromyzidae of Hungary, vol. 2.
With some confidence I think I'm able to say that the species most be Aulagromyza lucens - or something very similar. The picture I've made shows the distiphallus and hypophallus in anterior view and lucens comes closest.

Perhaps Milos would like to comment on this ... ?
