Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, earthwall (overgrown with small bushes like hazel, maple, roses, sloes, blackberry bushes) under big oakes, at leaves of Hazel, 15th of May 2018, Photos: kuv. Is my idea - after looking in the Diptera Gallery - ok? Please help to get the ID.

Nope. Straightforward scolopaceus.
Latipennis is also a summer spcies.
