thank you for your answer! I had ruled out depuncta due to this specimen having 4 dorso centrals.

From what I had found, impuncta can have 4 or sometimes 3 (giving cause for confusion), but depuncta never 4. But my info may be wrong (?!?) I don't own much literature about flies.

My uncertainty would be about maybe other species with pale legs such as maybe sexmaculata, but probably also others without images in the gallery here ? :|
