The lateral spots are too large for
Anthomyia pluvialis
.

This should be a female of
Anthomyia procellaris
. Compare
https://diptera.i...d_id=62830
. In
A. pluvialis
the lateral dark spots on the thorax are clearly separated as in
https://diptera.i...d_id=11653
.
