Now there it is twice! And this male looks like Machimus (Tolmerus) cingulatus. M. cowini is similar, but the picture of the genital in Reinouds key https://waarnemin...ilidae.pdf fits M. cingulatus better.
It looks rather wet, the colouration of the thorax side is thus altered (in dry state no shiny black spot).
