Scathophagidae
Phytomyza has no strong bristles on legs and the wing veins are crowded towards the front and base of the wing.

Thanks Rami
I can't find so many pictures of this fly on the web.
Are there any other opinions about this fly, or it safe to call Parallelomma vittatum?
