Hello,

at first this 3 mm fly at the light in our garden (northwest Germany) reminded me of a Psilidae (Elachista), but that did not match. I think, Chamaepsila (Psilidae) fits better. Is that ok?

Hello, It's Chamaepsila nigricornis. Last flagelomer is black and we can see the row of long hairs under the femur 1.
