I thought I took pictures of the same Anthomyia!
There are not many on ivy, however, and the pictures are taken a few seconds apart as I followed her with my eyes.
For the black spots near the wings, it seems to me that on both photos, these spots are separated, which would be in the direction of Anthomyia pluvialis.
