Hello,
I observed this Diptera the 16th of August in Audinghen in the north of France. I think of a Tachinidae ? Maybe a
Linnaemya ?

It is a Tachinid, but I am sorry to say the picture is too unsharp to say more.

Masicera sp. but we don't see anything to confirm. We can't eliminate with certainty
Pachystylum sp.,
Spallanziana sp., ...
