Good evening,

I would like to know if this species is a male of Empis lyneborgi. Measure: 4,5 mm.

I have checked this specimen and seems to be Empis (Empis) genualis. It is correct?

The lateral lamella is rather pointed so that should indeed rule out lyneborgi. The next likely candidate would then be genualis, yes.
