Hello,
I observed this Diptera this 1st of September in Ambleteuse in the north of France. I think of a
Neomyia cornicina but I hesitate with a
Lucilia ?

Neomyia cornicina has fewer acrostichal bristles on its scutum:

Judging from the size of the gap between the eyes, I would say your fly is a
Lucilia sericata, male.
