SE Norway, 28.08.2018, deciduous forest / mixed forest by a stream. 7 - 8 mm.

Hydrotaea. Males often have a modified femur on the front legs.

Jizz on this male is too wide frons. Such frons indicate H. dentipes group. Then, one shoud look at image 3 under high zoom and found that eyes are hairy, thiugh it is badly visible on white background. Thus it is Hydrotaea cyrtoneurina
