Hello! Is it possible to identify genus or species? Is it Drosophilidae?
Time and place: 2018-08-25 15:06:00
North part of Ukraine. In the garden. There are a lot of flies on rotten apples.
Latitude: North. 50°47'40"
Longitude: East. 30°07'53"

Relatively high 4th vein-index shows that it is probably a member of D.melanogaster-group
