Thread subject: Diptera.info :: 2 - 3 mm fly on Taraxacum -> Chamaemyiidae, Leucopis sp.

Hello,

this fly was found in Thuringia, Germany on Taraxacum leaves - August 24. It seemed this female had been ovipositing.
I have searched the gallery but wasn't successful.

Is an ID possible?
