I think that Pollenia cf labialis is okay because the basicosta looks black and the chaetotaxy of the hind tibia appears to be off for P. rudis. Pollenia rudis is the biggest problem when trying to separate from P. labialis. Both have 2 pv on the foretibia and they generally look the same. Basicosta can be black on P. rudis as well, which poses another problem. I prefer genitalia for this specimen but you let it go.

P. labialis is in its own group, which used to be known as intermedia group.
