I do not see conspicuous oviprovector of female, nor darkened end of abdomen, which is characteristic for the male of confusa. But - who knows; details are scarcely visible. You may judge according to the body dimensions - testacea is as big/small as melanogaster, confusa is usually twice larger (longer), or even more.
