Near Apeldoorn, province of Gelderland on 23/07/2018. I think it is a female Linnaemya...?

1. Is it possible to ID it further?
2. I know Linnaemyas are difficult from photos so what features MUST be visible? I've got more and I don't want to waste anyone's time with flies which are impossible.

To be dead sure, we need to dee sternite 1, which is very small and impossible to photograph in life fly. That said, with black tibiae and darh humerus, I am pretty sure this is L. tessellans.
