It reminds me of Pachystylum and the arista is indeed thickened over more than basal half, but it should be nearly completely thickened in Pachystylum.
Any chance you can determine the length of the first apperent aristal segment (acutually second aristomere) ? 1x, 2x or more like 4-6 x as long as broad ?

I don´t have the fly, just some pictures. And we don´t have Pachystylum in Sweden, just Pseudopachystylum (goniaeoides).

You don’t have Pachystylum ? OK. I got it from Estonia.
Anyway, the second aristomere is not elongated.
Masicera might be a good suggestion.
I thought the tip of scutelllum was red. Maybe it isn’t,maybe it is not an issue.

No problem, so it turns out (checked my collection).
Masicera sylvatica seems quite likely.
