Phasia pusilla, or... ? It´s so small. Near Stockholm Sweden, today.
Very busy, running around waving its vings.

Although Phasia pusilla is similar, I think that the pictures, as far as they show any characters, fit better to Catharosia pygmaea (darkened wings, narrow "discal" cell).

Weel,
catharosia it is. But both upper and lower calypter are white, so it is C. alibisquama (nomen est omen).Our smallest Tachinid.
