As the single spot is placed asymmetrically (clearly left of a line joining the middle of the gaps between the large yellow spots), and the right side of the tergite is damaged, I would suggest that this is a developmental aberration. I'm not familiar enough with the Turkish syrphid fauna to suggest which species it is likely to be, but I would start with Eupeodes, perhaps?

Thank you, I also thought that it could be an abnormality but I was not sure. Unfortunately I am also not familiar with Turkish Syrphidae.
