using keys from Tschorsnig, i also arrive at
L. phaeoptera
I have a document from Bergstrom and i think that the abdomen matches
L. phaeoptera not the paratype
L. erecta.
wait for Theo's opinion but i think that you are correct with
L. phaeoptera.
