I don't know whether there are other dark mottled Drosophila species with dark eyes in my region.

This is
Drosophila repleta (dark spot at end of R1, pale spots laterally on abdomen, fore coxa dark). You may also have
hydei in Spain.

Yes, hydei is also present, but as far as I can see, they have bright red eyes. :D
