Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Wasp-like insect from Germany

The above insect I captured two weeks ago in a wet meadow near a small stream in the north of Berlin. It was sitting on Phragmites australis. Unfortunately I was only able to capture this one photo before it flew away. :|
I would be happy if someone could help me with ID. For me, it is hard because I did not manage to make a photo of the side..

body vs antenae lenght, after excluding some obvious not taxa.

Braconidae, I think. Wing veins cannot be clearly seen.
