Hello friends

To my mind this appears to be Phytomyza bipunctata. Can it be confirmed? The fly keys out well enough when I use Spencer (1976) and his drawing of the aedeagus is not very different from what I see in the microscope. But you never know …

Denmark, Amager. Malaise trap mid-May 2018. Willow, birch, herbs and grasses on reclaimed land. No Echinops spp. as far as I'm aware. Several kilometres to the nearest gardens.

Help will be much appreciated :)

Phytomyza leucanthemi Hering, 1935,
see Spencer 1976: fig. 767, not fig. 681.

That is so much better! Thank you. I evidently misjudged the length of the 2nd costal section in relation to the 4th.
Phytomyza leucanthemi is apparently not recorded from the Danish fauna ... Well, it is. I just realized that. At least the mines From a cemetery in Copenhagen.

Actually I should have all my agromyzids from the trap double-checked by you ;) Thanks again.
