Also photographed in the Elburz mountains, north of Tehran. Hemipenthes?

looks like Hemipenthes velutina but Iran has two closely related species:
Hemipenthes exoprosopoides and Hemipenthes robusta

Hemipenthes exoprosopoides
The white scale band on t4 is supposed to be narrowly interrupted, so i think that we can exclude this species

Hemipenthes robusta
The broad white scale band on t4 and bright yellow collar indicates that Hemipenthes robusta is a possibility.

I cannot recommend a species without closer inspection.
Maybe someone else has a better opinion.
