The photo is very dark but it appears to be a Musca male. The frons is too narrow to be Musca domestica, so we are facing autumnalis or larvipara.

You are very knowledgeable, so it should be a Musca. Genitalia doesn't help here because it isn't usually depicted in keys. However, the supra alar ridge and the cheeks can help. You can read identification info from Stephane in my post:
