28.6.2018. I think that's Sarcophaga (Liosarcophaga) teretirostris.

I've compared your photo with a photo of the genitalia of
S. teretirostris from Dr. Pape and i don't see a match. I see a few similarities but they still look very different. Thus, Liosarcophaga subgenus may be correct.
