Hello,
I found this dipteran on a flower Scabieuse, in the South of France, on June 21st, 2018. Approximately 9 mm without his abdomen folded up belly.

Sicus sp. female. Might be S. fusenensis, but it is just guessing!.

It looks like S. ferrugineus.
