male - 21mm - Berlin - early May 2018

I am hoping to at least reach a genus. Maybe i can find some keys or genitalia.
I've dissected the genitalia but it is a strange structure. I noticed a flap at the back side of this structure, so i removed this flap. I will attach photos of the terminalia and the dissected flap.

I really do not know much about Tipulidae. My Wife tried to match the wing but she was unsuccessful. She tells me that it slightly matches a few species but nothing looks exact. Thus, i wonder if Tipulidae is correct?

Thank you for your time.

edit: my Wife did alot of research on this specimen and narrowed it down to three species. I looked at Tipula peliostigma and i think that it may be correct.
