It is clearly a Winthemiini and it cries out Nemorilla female, but.
The parafacial bears of row of setulae ??

Thiught about that, but there is no trace of ad-comb on hind tibia and it does have 4post DC, so there is no obvoius match at species level.

I chckd. my collection and John seems right: it must be a small, slightly aberrant female of Smidtia amoena. Definitely NOT Nemorilla.
