Quite a number of Lonchaeidae have rather short antennae, so I don't think it should be excluded on that character. However, I am thinking that the thoracic bristles are rather strong for Lonchaeidae, and wondering about a female Fannia or Camillidae. Hopefully we'll get some more responses to balance my views! :)
