Hello Rosevinge, I agree with you but i have very little experience with
Ulidiidae.
I have keys to this genus and
C. urticae seems to be correct.
"third dark transverse band of wings extend from margin to atleast m3+4."
with
C. hortulana, the band is supposed to be broken.

Hello Rosevinge, I forgot that Valery is a
Ulidiidae specialist. I always think Tephritidae. So you certainly don't need my opinion. I'm happy that you have an id. Also, the photos are very nice. Now i have a solid understanding of what it looks like outside of a description. I hope that you have a pleasant day.
