Hello! Is it possible to identify genus or species? Is it female?
Time and place: 2016-06-18 21:04:00. Middle Urals, the Tulva Upland.
The fly was photographed inside the greenhouse. L=9-10 mm.
Latitude: North. 56°49'24"
Longitude: East. 55°49'41"
