from what i can see: eyes are bare, arista look bare, prosternum isn't obviously hairy, palpi are orange. I see white hairs at the bottom of the head. I still cannot reach a genus. Very odd Tachinid.

just for the record: i found it in the stairwell of my apartment building in the very big city of Berlin. I find it strange.
