Hello,
at first glance I thought this was the usual
Phasia hemiptera, but when looking at the photos, I miss the orange hairs at the thorax sides.
Visiting
Cornus sanguinea flowers today, size 10-12 mm, northwest Germany.

Stil, the femora are half yellow and the last picture does show some orange hairs on pleura... so Phasia hemiptera it is.
