Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, earthwall (overgrown with small bushes like hazel, maple, roses, sloes, blackberry bushes) under big oakes, at leaves of Prunus, 15th of May 2018, Photos: kuv. Is my idea - after looking to the Diptera Gallery - ok? Please help to get the ID.

Yes Tony, of course - but the system said too big - so I had to change picture. You will see them here ...

Yes, I don't think it can be anything else. Specimens I have taken in the past have had longer claws than these, but I guess they can vary in length for all sorts of reasons.
