Can anybody help me to identify this species? I know Phasia hemiptera quite well, but this one looks different. Maybe it is fresh specimen?

Slovakia, 01.05.2018, Banska Bystrica, Carpathians, 500 m.a.s.l.

Thank you in advance

According to the key, there are just a few species with wings without spots, which are included in Slovakia checklist:
P. karczewskii (I favour this one because I think the halteres are yellow), P. pandellei and P. barbifrons.

P. pussila does not match.
