Tipula hortorum or Tipula nubeculosa ?

Yes Tipula hortorum is good candidate. Antennas are not ringed. Nubeculosa antennas usually ringed.

You are right. Better candidate maybe Tipula scripta.

T. scripta really works for these features, but she has long wings and there would be no visible segments of the abdomen. In addition, tergites have a yellowish color, and in this sample they are gray
