Berlin - May 2018 - 6mm

I've looked through the gallery and nothing seems to match. I guess Dufouria is black but the description doesn't match. I do not think it is a sarc. I'm not sure what it is at this point. I'm a little frustrated. Theo seems to be busy lately, so anyone have an idea? is it a Tachinid?
