I presume an anthomyiid, just over 2 mm. long. Malaise trap near Maastricht, NL, 6-20.iv.2018.

There were four specimens so far (did not yet finish sorting the sample), all very small and rather palish compared with the 'usual' Anthomyiidae that were there in abundance. Especially the lower part of the head struck me as very light.
