A few miles north of Bergen, Norway two days ago.
Is it possible to get an ID on this fly just from the pictures, or must it be checked under a microscope?

It's really male of
Suillia, probably a dark form of one of known European species but the terminalia have to be examined.

Thanks Andrzej. I don´t have the spices, so I just have to call it for Suillia sp.
