yes it is a Pollenia species. seems to be in the rudis group. you should eliminate pediculata by looking at the underside of the wing. you will see a group of pale hairs on the node at the humeral crosvein and vein Sc. After eliminating pediculata, you will need to view the cerci surstyli in perfect dorsal and lateral views. The aedeagus is also necessary in perfect dorsal and lateral views. The reason for this is because the genitalia look very similar for many species in the rudis group. hungarica is a possibility here but we need to make certain that it is of the rudis group. it will be much easier to look at the genitalia.

since you have a pinned specimen, do you mind revealing the genitalia? i just use a pin and pry it out but this is not good if the specimen is dry.
