the palpi will be yellow or brown for Bellardia pandia. I don't see two pv on the front tibia. the mid femora of Bellardia are supposed to be missing a preapical seta in both sexes. I believe that i see a preapical seta in the first photo.

I think that Melinda viridicyanea is a better match but i have no experience with Bellardia. a second opinion is better for you. Unless contested, i think that this is Melinda.

Stephane and Zeegers are very knowledgeable with Calliphoridae in addition to many other families of diptera. Wait to see if a different opinion is posted.
