Thinking of Dorycera caucasica

Well, a Dorycera. An unpublished MS thesis of Hanan Ackerman DOUBLES the number of known Dorycera species in the Near East. Most of them are still unnamed. Have no idea when Amnon will finish editing; some MSs take from him 10-15 years...

Thank you all!

I also suspected this was Dorycera sp., but It didn't match any known species from the checklists I'm familiar with. I managed to capture few specimens and I tried to contact Amnon's student in hope that she could identified it further.

Try to contact Liz Morgulis. She's active in that family and certainly has manuscript thesis of Hanan.
