Hi !

Center of France (Loiret), on march 14th 2018, on a composter.
Is it Drosophila obscura gr. ?

Seeing how dark the legs are I am thinking about the virilis group. Happen to remember if the cross veins were darkened?

I only have a bad pic that shows all veins are well marked but not specially shadowed I think :
