Hi all, I've obtained this specimen from some dry fruits of Centaurea sp. (Asteraceae), from Romania. Any idea about the genus/species?

The shape of vein Sc, the white hairs on the thorax, and the habitat suggest Tephritidae. It is unusually dark for Tephritidae.

Perhaps a melanistic male of Terellia colon? Also see https://diptera.i...to_id=6253
