Female Muscidae. Rather a greasy (damp) specimen, I think, so original colour a bit obscured. It is also difficult to see the leg bristles, because of the way they are folded against the body, but there are experts on this site who should be able to suggest what this is - just change the heading to Muscidae to tempt them in!
