Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Mydaea sp. or just Muscidae sp.?

Hello,
I found the fly (about 9 mm) on 04 May 2017 in the northeast of Bavaria/ Germany.
Is it a Midaea sp., or just Muscidae sp.?

Niether Mydaea nor Muscidae :D
It is male Fannia lustrator
