In Sonchus sp. that came in a plant I bought. After a few days two adults emerged. Madrid (Spain), 17/4/16.

Looks like Chromatomyia sp, possibly syngenesiae.

Agromyzidae: Chromatomyia horticola (Goureau, 1851). C. syngenesiae has lighter hind edges of the frons, black reaching only the base of the outer vertical bristle and the upper hind edge of the eye is narrow yellowish. In C. horticola the arista is thickened not less but more than half its length, basal part abruptly ending. Aristae of both species are figured by von Tschirnhaus, 1969 [Senckenbergiana biologica 50: 143-157].
